High quality progress,cost,safty and environmental protection
are the 5 main goals for our projects executes.From the beginning
of indertaking each project,the detailed planning and evaluation
of every construction stage are strictly implemented to ensure
that all requirements of the contract are completely dulfilled,
and high quality and high efficiency are also provided.
Quality
In order to ensure the quality assurance system,strengthen
the inner management and provide the more complete service,the
internation quality assurance ISO-9002 and ISO9001 had been
passed on 1998/06/11 abd 2002/07/30 respectively for promoting
the quality management as the goal. To archive the object
of "raising quality and everlasting operation" through
a reasonable and efficent manage,ent system.
Progress
After awaring the contract, the site organization will be
established according to enginers' capacity, and select suitable
engineers to draft construction plans and submittals for there
will be adequate time to review the construction procedures,
relevant working links, countermeasures and preventive measures
against the expected occurrence before starting of work.Research
& Devwelopment Dept. and Plan Section of Construction
Dept. are also set up for providing the required supports
to site.
Cost
In order to raise the market competition,EGC developed one
set of computerized management system of cost control, for
a series of computer linking operation for procurement, valuation
& payment request and suppliers management.Effectively
using of captial to income and decrease expenditure.
Safety
With a view to providing fine working enviroment for labors,
safety & hygiene personnel are arranged on site to be
in charge of safety & hygiene maintence work;safety &
QA Dept.of company ,to dudill the safety work in construction
area and minimize the vocational hazard to the least degree.
Environment Protection
Today , the global environmenttal protection is getting important,
EGC will enter a non-pollution period of automation and systematization.
The suppliers will be particularly reuqested to do the environment
the environmental protection.
